Trail Running consists of running and hiking over trails. It differs from road running and track running in that generally takes place on hiking trails, often in mountainous terrain, where there can be much larger ascents and descents.

The attraction of trail running has been growing as more road runners try out the sport.
Simply put traffic and road noise along with congestion and exhaust fumes are not pleasant. Road running has its appeals however in alignment with our philosophy, running through nature trails is extremely more suited to our organization. You won’t see many animals, streams and other natural surroundings along the road.
Proven time and time again, better agility, increased calorie burning, and because terrain is constantly changing you have to pay attention. It’s been said that trail running is actually more meditative than the clocking miles on the pavement - if you have to focus on one thing, it drowns out everything else.

If you decide to try the trails/routes we've discussed by yourself, we advise you always carry a map, cell phone and tell someone where and when you’re going and your estimated time of return. Safety first.
