**Please make sure you item has been cleaned before bringing it to The Outfitters to make a warranty inquiry or claim.  If it is dirty, the supplier will charge to clean it or refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the store.**

Our suppliers manufacturers warranties each have their own warranty processes. The warranty process applies to items that have problems due to a manufacturing defect. Please note that warranties do not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear or excessive usage.

Generally speaking, the warranty process can take approximately 4-6 weeks.  This may take longer in peak seasons, like Christmas.  This period includes 2 weeks for the item to ship to a repair location, 2 weeks to be assessed/repaired and then 2 weeks to be returned.

The Outfitters acts as the middle person between the customer and the supplier.  The final decision in any warranty is made by the supplier.  Most companies will try to repair pieces.  If not, they will replace the item.  If replacement is not possible, there will be an in-store credit issued for price originally paid for the product.

As soon as the company sends us any information, it is passed on to you. Most of the time we do not receive contact until they have made their decision.  Please do not worry if you have not heard anything for a couple of weeks.

Some products have a lifetime warranty; this warranty is limited to the lifetime of the product and is determined by the supplier.

If you have an item that was damaged or has exceeded the manufacturing warranty period, we would be happy to talk to the company on your behalf about a repair.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item as well as any associated repair costs.  The same is applicable for warranty pieces purchased at another location.
